  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value musical instruments and electronics.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
