It uses a divide-down oscillator design, giving all 61 keys full polyphony and producing classic lush string-machine tones. The strings, brass, keyboard split function, and the famous Ensemble I/II chorus are its signature features. It offers immediate, vintage string and pad textures rather than deep synthesis. This unit is the Japanese 100V version, so it requires a step-down transformer for use on Australian mains voltage.
